If you have a business, I'm almost positive you have heard the saying; don't work harder, work smarter. This saying truly is honest! You can seriously work your butt off trying to market your website or business, but that doesn't always mean it's the smartest thing in the world. Sometimes it takes a person to step in and let you see the error of your ways. One of the things that a lot of people do is post on thousands of ads across the board. Frankly, I don't think this is necessary.

I think that if you just choose a few select sites that offer things like blogging or free classifieds you can cut your time in half and still GET the sales that you desire. The thing about classified ads is that you want to make sure that the ones you are posting to are FREE. They can have fee options, but for the most part they should be completely free to post free ads. If you want the premium options, great.

Go for it! If not, that's fine as well! Obviously premium or featured ads are going to give you more bang for your buck, but it's not absolutely necessary! The point to this is that you can post free ads to several different places and or sections of the ads site. This is going to allow you to cheapen your money on marketing, but still allow you to receive the profits you need to live! I can honestly say that my ads stay up longer on these other sites than they do at some of the more "well-known" free classifieds sites online - ones in which I promise not to name, but I'm sure you can guess! At the other sites, I get flagged all the time for valid ads! How annoying.

I spend all that time thinking of what to say and I post it and its gone 5 minutes later. Enough with that! I'm willing to try anything new that can get me what I want - and these other free classifieds are exactly it! Now you can post to LESS sites with LESS ads because you know they are going to stick for longer. This is going to allow you to focus on more important things like talking to your customers, doing follow up emails, and or other business "chores". Heck, even with posting to less sites and getting more business I have been able to have the time and money to hire on new employees! Time is of the essence. Don't waste more than you have to!
